32 Solutions Ltd has a small group of overachieving, A-type personalities that absolutely have to work from home; otherwise we would drive each other crazy with our awesomeness. Seriously though, we have all found out that we can get a whole lot more done without the interruptions of a full office. We all come from different backgrounds and have different perspectives. Kristine Ralls Vice President of Recruiting
Kristine started out her career standing up a coffee kiosk in Oregon; which grew to multiple kiosks. She is an entrepreneur and has worked for national placement firms as well as owned her own staffing company. She understands what it means to be “of service” to her clients as well as her candidates AND that “no” just means “no for right now”. When her reference described her as “insanely tenacious”, I knew she had to be part of the 32 Solutions team. She has helped her daughters win countless Grand Champion ribbons for show cattle so dedication, paying attention to the details, early mornings and dealing with a bit of BS is nothing new to her. An obvious fit for recruiting!
Kristine is in a league of her own for spotting great talent. She spends long hours on the phone talking with candidates about their motivations, their gripes and their technical pursuits. She is the first one to the “office” even though she is on west coast time and yet always makes time at the end of the day to circle back with her candidates that didn’t make the cut.
In her spare time, you’ll find her in the barn, doting on her furry babies or relishing time with family. Oh – and FaceTime’g with her Corgi when she does have to leave home.
Lori Joy Chief Talent Officer
Lori founded 32 Solutions Ltd on the premise that life is too short to work with people who suck. Everyone should do something that they enjoy, that they are good at and that is rewarding. Recruiting isn’t rocket science but taking the time to pick up on the subtle nuances, have the persistence to see many difficult endeavors through, and be painfully honest aren’t common qualities. Neither is being able to roll with the ups and downs of working with 2 sides of an equation that are in constant flux.
After working with a few recruiting companies and some big name companies she decided there was a smarter way to skin the cat. Simplifying the process, working with a select group of GREAT companies and with truly inspiring co-workers was really the key to career happiness.
In her spare time she spends as much time as possible hiking with the man of her dreams and her dogs, traveling to great destinations and enjoying her time in the mountains.
