32 Solutions Ltd is a Colorado-based executive search firm specializing in mid to executive level positions for technical roles. We opened our doors in 2008 and although we’ve grown, we continue to be a small, focused, specialty search firm.
We work with small to medium sized technology-based companies that choose to partner with their talent provider. We provide candidates for direct-hire, contract-to-hire and contract positions.
We aren’t nationally recognized nor are we striving to win any awards for volume. We work with a small group of great companies; most of which are also based here in Colorado. 32 Solutions Ltd specializes in hard to find technical resources. We tend to spend more time on the front end of our searches resulting in fewer resumes for our hiring managers to review. We have a limited number of openings at any given time because we actually intend to fill them. This isn’t a numbers game to us. We have long term partnerships with our clients and work on contingency, exclusive and retained agreements.

Who is 32 Solutions Ltd?
Headhunter might conjure up some disturbing images but when you’re in the recruitment business, it is a very flattering way to be described. A true Headhunter (in the recruiting sense) goes out and “hunts” for talent. This is the person who has somehow mysteriously found you and calls or emails you out of the blue to see if you would be interested in a position. A true headhunter has done their research and understands their field. They know a CTO is not going to be interested in hearing about a Java Developer position. They also know just because you have the word SalesForce.com on your profile, you may not be a CRM implementation expert. They find you because you are qualified and they may have a very interesting opportunity to discuss with you.
What a Headhunter is NOT:
Someone who posts a position on job boards and waits for candidates to apply
Someone who spams their entire database with every position they are working on just in case there is a possible fit
Someone who sits back and waits for candidates to come to them
Someone who sends the hiring manager every resume that comes in the door regardless of qualifications
A misnomer about recruiting is that a Recruiter helps people find jobs. A Recruiter helps companies find great talent. There is a difference.
